2005 Hyundai Santa Fe Owners Instruction Manual

Certain modifications may also be in violation of regulations established by the U. It is possible for an improperly installed/adjusted two-way radio or cellular telephone to adversely affect electronic systems. For this reason, we recommend that you carefully follow the radio manufacturer's instructions or consult your Hyundai dealer for precautionary measures or special instructions if you choose to install one of these devices. If there is any leakage from the air freshener onto these areas (Instrument cluster, instrument panel or air ventilator), it may damage these parts. If the liquid from the air freshener does leak onto these areas, wash them with water immediately. Fuels with unspecified quantities of alcohol, or alcohols other than ethanol, should not be used.

Fit my 2014 Subaru Forester perfectly. Removing the original is more straightforward than how the owner's manual explained. There's really nothing to pry. Just lift the arm away from the back window, at this point the blade will point backward. Turn the movable part of the blade counter-clockwise away from the arm until you can turn anymore. Continue to turn counter-clockwise but now you have to use a little strength, yet not being too rough, until you dislodge the whole blade when the small cross-bar in the middle of the blade slides out from the clip on the arm.

Now I can see through the back window again.:P. EXACT replacement for the 2014 Subaru Forester rear wiper. Trico seems to be the 'original equipment manufacturer' for Subaru, or they copied the OEM specs exactly. In any case, there is no way to know that this replacement blade is not the original from the Subaru factory. Removal from the car wiper assembly: you must get past the anti-rotation button molded into the wiper itself. Lift the wiper assembly away from the rear of the car.

It will stand up at 90 degrees (perpendicular) to the rear window, thankfully. I used a small flat-bladed screw driver and prized open a 1/8' space between the original wiper blade and the wiper arm. While that small space is opened up, rotate the original wiper blade 90 degrees (yes, same angle) till the wiper is parallel to the rear window (a full 180 degrees). You've done it, the wiper is free!. NOT A PAID REVIEW.

Bottom Line: Works Great This is a review of the TRICO wiper blade. Sadly it’s been 7 years since I replaced my wiper blades for my infiniti and so it had to be done. The blade arrived within 2-3 days, typical for prime members, and they were as described in the ad. Upon inspection, it was exactly as described in the ad as well as other reviewer comments. The form factor was nearly identical to the one I was replacing so that was a relief.

Installation was a little tricky because I had to completely remove the wiper arm but after about five minutes it was done. Timing couldn’t have worked out any better since we’ve been getting rain like crazy in CA and it’s nice to have a functional wiper blade.even if it’s just for the rear window. These wipers fit my 2007 A4 Quatro, but they might not fit yours. Audi used at least two different styles of Bosch wipers on the A4 from 2003-08 and there is a ton of confusion about which is the right one for which vehicle. Adding to the confusion, the product image on this page is not accurate, unless Amazon has since fixed it (I alerted them and sent a link to the correct image).

In the meantime, see the attached photos. They include an accurate product image, instructions and the car models listed on the box. NOTE THAT SOME ARE FOLLOWED BY A RANGE OF MM-YY DATE RANGES. The manufacturer changed the wiper used on these models in the middle of the year. Note: These wipers are asymmetric; one is meant to go on the left side of the car, the other on the right. I recommend figuring it out before removing.

Bought these for my Mercedes Benz 2005 W203 chassis. Super easy install with a snap. Wipes clear with no chatter or streaking. These are the Bosch Aero Twin wipers and I HIGHLY recommend them. I use to purchase the stock OEM blades at the dealership 3 times the cost of 1 set of these wiper blades; and the stock OEM blades didn't even last that long surprisingly. I would also recommend you clean your wind shield thoroughly for any new wiper blade system you go with.

This way, this will eliminate the chances of streaks or chatter to changing your wind shield wipers. Hope this helps. There seems to be a lot of confusion regarding the fitment of these wiper blades for the Audi A4 (8E), which was produced for the 2002-2008 model year.

For the first two years, Audi installed a different style wiper arm and blade. In the 2004 model year, they began installing these wiper blades and different wiper arms. In my case, my A4 is a 2004 model, so this is when they began installing the 'Aero' wipers, thus you can't rely on the model year of your vehicle to ensure fitment. All your questions can be answered using the production number of your vehicle which is part of your 17 digit VIN, (vehicle identification number). For the 2002-2008 (B6/B7 body style) the VIN can be found in three different locations, on a slip of paper in your owners manual, on the placard on the firewall in the engine bay, and finally on. The wiper on the back of my car finally started to fall apart this season.

With heavy rains I decided to order this as a replacement and was surprised how easily installed, even easier than standard windshield wipers on the front of my car! It fit perfectly on my 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe and with the heavy rain we've had the last couple days it's work exactly as expected.

Package was easy to open and as I mentioned before the wiper was extremely easy to install. The seller shipped the item quickly after my order was placed and it arrived within the expected time frame. Fits on my 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe. This is an easy fix. I bought the exact same model back in 2013 and I'm getting around to replacing it again. The blades still work fairly well but I figure two years is a good lifespan and it is an easy maintenance job for me to do. Pics are below to show the install steps and to compare the two blades (old and new).

HOW DO YOU REMOVE AN OLD WIPER AND INSTALL A NEW BLADE? I'm far from having car mechanic skills.

Hyundai

The extent of my knowledge is changing tires, checking air pressure, and other basic maintenance. This is an easy fix.

Open up the packing, pull the rear wiper out and turn the blade around so it's facing outward, and slide it out (it should pop off). That's really it. You'll notice in the pics that there is a round. I had a bad experience with Amazon when I ordered the Anco 31-11 wiper blade for my daughter's 2009 Toyota Matrix. Amazon's web page claimed it was compatible, but it wasn't. The blade could not be made to fit on the wiper arm. A check with Anco's web site confirmed this to be true.

Amazon quickly refunded my purchase price. After receiving confirmation of the refund, I decided to give Amazon another chance. The Trico 11-A blade, named Exact Fit, seemed promising. The picture even looked exactly like the Toyota blade. I ordered it. It came quickly.

I popped off the old blade and popped on the new blade in under one minute. It really was an exact fit. My daughter and are are both all smiles! I bought this for a 2014 Prius V rear windshield wiper. Amazon kept popping up a small window stating that this wiper does NOT fit the Prius.

There are correct if you are only thinking of a sedan with only front windshield wipers. I mention this so others are aware that Amazon is not infallible, as much as I like and use them. The wiper arrived on time with no damage and packaged well. It was easy to install and was a direct replacement arm for the rear wiper. Not the exact OEM replacement but then this one is so much less expensive.

This entire wiper arm assembly is half the price of just buying the rubber replacement from Toyota. It is the rainy season here right now and this blade has been working great. I hope that it will last as long as the original did. So far I would heartily endorse this. Perfect Fit for Nissan Versa Note. For those trying to get this on Nissan Versa Note.No need for any equipment or unbolting, when you follow the steps below 1.

Remove the plastic cap at the base with a slight press on both ends. Slightly raise the wiper from the rear glass and slowly raise as much as you can until you reach the max limit. Now try to rotate just the old wiper blade away from the glass and stop at 90 degrees towards the glass (without scratching the glass). You should then be able to remove the old wiper and insert the new wiper in the right slot. This was the perfect replacement for the back of my 2013 Subaru Impreza Sport Premium hatchback. I'm docking a star because the wiper blade itself, even when it was brand new, tends to have a few spots where it's not wiping so smoothly and it's just kind of a low quality wiper blade overall.

Still, it does its job well enough, and it fits perfectly, so 4 stars it is. Just remember that the 12-B or 14-B style of rear wiper blade is what you need for a Subaru, as Subaru uses a somewhat interesting mechanism to connect the rear wiper blade. Check online to see if you need the 12 or the 14 inch blade, depending on the model of your vehicle. Purchased this for the rear windshield wiper for my 2015 Mazda 3s GT 5-door hatchback based off of the reviews of others. This is NOT a good wiper for that car. First off, there are two nubs on the wiper that need to go on the bottom of the blade. Problem is the nubs get in the way of bending/twisting/whatever-you-call-it this new blade on the car's wiper arm.

To actually get this to go fully in place, you have to force it which breaks off one of the nubs. It still seems to stay on, but that's bad in and of itself. The other thing that bothers me about this is the middle part of the wiper is the only part really on the windshield. The outer part (closest to the outer edge of the car) doesn't touch the glass (which means it doesn't clean it). I ordered all new wipers for my 2010 Honda Odyssey and installation went smoothly until I tried to remove the rear wiper.

It's a different design and I couldn't remove the old blade. So instead of breaking it I stopped and went on the Internet where I found a helpful video that revealed the trick to remove and install.

If your have trouble getting the old blade off watch the video on YouTube Very helpful. The exact fit wiper blade was just that, an exact fit.

I bought these (for my 2012 Audi Q5) based on reviews here and was not disappointed. They went on in seconds (like maybe 4 seconds each. You just push the button and slide the original ones off and then slide these on until they click). ANYONE can put them on.

Just find the control on your car to put the wipers to the Service Position ON and they will be up where you can easily access them. So far, these seem great. Not sure they are OEM (original equipment) as they ones that came off didn't say Bosch on them, but then again, maybe Audi gets them from Bosch and doesn't want the name on them. Installation was a breeze, and I never realized just how badly I needed to change my windshield wipers until I installed these.

It took probably 2 minutes to install both wipers, and the difference was /huge/. There were no more streaks, and my windshield was cleaner than I'd ever seen it before. I now often find myself turning on the windshield wipers + spray JUST to watch these blades wipe the water away so efficiently and leave me with a windshield that looks cleaner than it does coming out of the carwash. I have yet to test these drives in rain yay for California drought, but I find myself eager to drive in a downpour and compare my visibility with these to my lack of visibility with my previous wipers.

They are very sturdy and well-built, and I plan on sticking with Bosch windshield wipers in the future and convincing my family to. I don't know what has happened to Bosch windshield wiper blades. They used to be the best you could get. This pair have been horrible.

First, after install I noticed how loud they were. They sounded like an old worn out blade. They squeaked and made crunching noises at the end of each swipe loud enough to be heard over a radio that was turned up loud. Then a couple weeks after installing - they started streaking worse than the old OEM blades I removed.

I cleaned the blade to be sure no debris was stuck in the rubber - it was clean and the problem remained. So basically I would rate these as junk at this point. I'll be buying new blades again very soon and they will not be Bosch. They lasted a total of two weeks before they started acting like one year old blades. I am a 63.5 year old single woman who was afraid at first to attempt this on my own.

I have a 2008 Volkswagen Jetta SE and when I plugged in my year and model, Amazon's website found the model of these wipers that fit my car. The wipers had not been changed once since I bought the car. Well when one of the old ones shredded on my windshield, I decided to take the plunge instead of paying my mechanic to do this simple looking task. To be fair, I watched two YouTube videos for how to install this product, then I went to the garage and took the plunge!

The job was done within five minutes and that included a test run with my windshield cleaner. These are streak free and cover most of the window in the first swipe. In 2011 VW created a new Jetta Sedan for the US and some other markets. The Jetta Sportwagen remained essentially the same as it was in 2010 (and earlier) through 2013. The confusion about these wiper blades is they fit 2010 and earlier (not sure how far back) Jetta Sedans and 2013 and earlier (not sure how far back) Jetta Sportwagens.

They do not fit 2011 and beyond Jetta Sedans; those cars have a very similar looking mount but as it has been pointed out the mount is slightly smaller and these blades will not fit a 2011+ Jetta Sedan. The Jetta Sedan wiper blade part numbers are Left 24' 5C7-955-425-A and Right 19' 5C7-955-426-A and substitute blades for the 2011+ sedan do not appear to be available. For the Sportwagen these blades appear to be identical to the ones that came with the car and I presume they will do. Everything is good as expected so far. Again, as mentioned by other reviewers. This is a set of 2 blades. One 24' for driver side and one 19' for passenger side.

The 2 blades are actually in one box. The blades seem to come from Germany or EU market since I don't find the aerotwin on Bosch US website.

Back to blade itself. It's a perfect fit for MkVI Golf/GTI. It looks very similar to the OE, but there are many subtle differences in the design. I first replaced the 2.5-year-old OE blade on the passenger side. The performance is very clearly different.

(Well the new one is better of course). The old one is not too bad though. It leaves some slight water thread which doesn't affect visibility much, but the new one leave absolute nothing on the windshield. Better than I thought.

I'll put on the driver side blade too. At one point in the winter I went out to shovel my car out of one of the few storms we had only to find not one but both of my wiper blades had had the rubber torn off of the rest of the assembly, presumably from use. (They were pretty old) Since I was replacing the wipers, I was determined to find the best wipers I could for the car, and given the car spends most of its time in either Rochester, NY and Maine, that meant tough wiper blades able to withstand winter weather. Upon doing research online, I ended up narrowing it down to two different wiper blades. The Bosch ICON series, and the RainX Latitude series.

Both seemed to be nearly on par with each other, though supposedly RainX has the edge (heheh. Edge.) on functionality, doing a better job at squeegeeing off a windshield, but. These work great on my Volkswagon and half the price of the wiper blades I used to be forced to buy from the dealer. Literal side-by side performance test / comparison: I'm returning to these Bosch Icons again after putting a pair of these on the driver side over a year ago.

At that time, I had an extra cheaper, Anco brand wiper blade that I put on the passenger side at the exact same time — The Anco lasted less than half the time of the Bosch Icon, and was much more prone, even when newer, to streak, squawk and jutter over the glass. The Bosch Icons were just noticeably better — especially in light, intermittent rain, and they really shined over the Ancos in the winter with snow and ice. These are more expensive, but last longer and have noticeably better performance. I find that these also respond well to reconditioning. Bosch ICON blades are the best! I have been in the automotive industry for 35 years and found ICONs about 7 years ago for my Ford Ranger.

Have not used any other brand of wipers on any of my or my families vehicles since. They are easy to install, fit most applications and are great at keeping water away from your line of vision. Living in Oregon, rain is a part of life and when driving in the Columbia Gorge at night with all the truck spray ICONs really do help keep your view of the road at its best for safety. The Euro styling also keeps them firmly on the windshield keeping streaks and smears to a minimum. They are a bit more expensive but worth every penny as they do their job when you need them most.

They last about a year with standard Oregon use so do expect to. I've had these on my car for a little over a year and a half. (I know, because Amazon just reminded me of my prior order as I checked out the product page to order another set.) Only now are they starting to show signs of aging. Before these, I had wipers from Rain-X, and while they cost 75% as much, they last less than 50% of the time.

You do the math. So, these last, but are they good while they last? They hold the shape of the windshield well, and never flap or chatter, no matter how fast you're going. Their bracket is solid, and worked well on the J-hook in my car. Many other 'universal' mounts didn't work so well, notably the ones from the aforementioned Rain-X wipers.

They don't streak, and even after having them on my car for over a year, they are only streaking a. I had a negative experience with cheaper single blade wipers and resolved to never again try them. From this review you can tell that I gave them another try. These are incredible. The fit on my Toyota Highlander is perfect! One of the cheaper blades I used in the past wouldn't stay on through blow dry at the car wash!

These have a cap that closes over the top of the connection. They just won't come off without you wanting them too.

For over 1600 miles on a recent trip, through some nasty summer rainstorms in Oklahoma, Missouri and Illinois, these wipers performed flawlessly. I am particular about making sure that my wipers clear the rain and don't streak, squeek or chatter. So I was really paying attention and not just because these are a larger out of pocket cost. If you haven't replaced your wipers in the past year, get a set.

2005 Hyundai Santa Fe Exhaust System

I've had these on my car for a little over a year and a half. (I know, because Amazon just reminded me of my prior order as I checked out the product page to order another set.) Only now are they starting to show signs of aging. Before these, I had wipers from Rain-X (two different kinds) and while they cost about 75% as much, they lasted 30% of the time. You do the math. In case you're not familiar with them, Bosch is the company that actually makes the OEM wiper blades for many high end cars (like BMW, for one). In fact, you'd probably be surprised by how much inside your car is made by Bosch. So, you're not buying from a company that is just marketing cheap parts made in China and selling it with a lot of marketing.

You're getting OEM quality with these, if not better. These Bosch blades are extremely easy to install on my mid 2000s Toyota Camry which have j hooks. The Goodyear Hybrid ones I got from Costco were impossible to install.

These have been smooth during the first month but I think most blades are like this. There are a few streaks left on my windshield but I don't know if that's due to minor chips on my windshield. Also, the middle park of the blade is bigger than others I've used but it's just a minor cosmetic thing. I wish these were cheaper though. The original wipers on my 2015 VW Jetta were starting to jitter across the windshield and did not do a good job clearing the rain. I was a bit skeptical of this product because the price for the pair was as low as some single blades, but I gave it a try anyway.

They were easy to replace and fit perfectly. The chattering is gone and one wipe of these completely clears the windshield. I have driven over 5,000 miles since installing these and they haven't shown any signs of wear so far.

Very happy with this purchase. I would definitely recommend this product. When I purchased my VW Passat (2015 Wolfsberg), I was worried that the wiper blades would cost a fortune to replace. These are very reasonably priced.

Plus, you get both at once. This was the first time I've replaced the blades (rarely use the car in the rain) and it was super easy. The owner's manual is your friend. It tells you how to move the wipers to the service position and then you just push the button. The easiest replacement on any car I've owned. Side note: Are there any other seasoned people out there that remember when you had to remove (without losing) the little clips and then slide the rubber blade down onto the wiper arm? That process and making double sided copies on a copier have been much improved.

My 2014 Ford Escape was due for a new wiper, and instead of driving 20 minutes to the nearest dealership I opted for the Trico 11-G Exact Fit Rear Wiper. For whatever reason, you cannot find these at local stores. Installation was easy once I watched one video on YouTube on how to remove the original blade. Just remember to get the bracket to snap all the way in to place. I had mine snapped partially then tested my wiper only for it to fly off. Overall an excellent purchase that works just like OEM. I've saved this one to my account for future purchases.

I have a 2014 ford escape s. Fits perfect. All you do is just lift up the entire wiper blade assembly from the window (it won't lift up far but lifts enough to do what needs to be done) and use a screwdriver and pop out the existing blade and snap in the new one.

You don't have to completely remove the entire blade assembly from the window or anything. Also I attached a photo.

The blade you see is my old wore out blade that I popped out. The new blade will be exactly the same.except the small squared black piece you see in the picture sitting next to my old blade.will be attached to the new blade. You won't need this though. Just pull it and it will pop right off. And then once its off you just pop the new blade in.The blade works like. These Bosch wiper blades are awesome and long lasting, I replaced the previous ones that lasted me a bit over 3 years (but to be fair I keep my car inside the garage). One of the things that I love the most of this wiper blades is that they are quiet, no streaking noises at any speed, the clean area is even, and there are no missing spot or water lines left while they work.

Yes they are pricey, but I tried cheap blades before with disappointing results, being longevity, noise or uneven clearing. Pay attention to the availability of the blades for your car, like in my case, Bosch offers A and B blades, what that means is that one is for the right and the other is for the left hand, basically the difference is that one has more curvature than the other so they adapt better to the curvature of. Use this 16' product vs. The 14' one for your Prius, as it provides better coverage and is the same size as the factory installed one. Video instruction on the web combined with instructions with new product may help you swap out the old with this new product in less than a minute. Price is lowest found and replacing the entire blade assembly vs. Just the rubber blade is a big time saver.

Delivery was faster than expected. I ordered two to have a spare for the future and cut shipping cost about in half for each one. It does fit the rear wiper of 2010 Lexus RX 450h like Amazon says, but installation is tricky. My old rear wiper blade, which probably was original equipment, goes on and off easily but this won't fit. I pushed and pushed and tweaked it.

Didn't want to break the plastic. Noticed the opening on this blade is smaller than the original blade was so it looks like it won't work. Finally, since Amazon says it's a match, I went to manufactures site and found their video. It's not a great video and it's not easy to find but it gave me a clue. The secret is to pull the arm up as far as it will go because the rear spoiler will block you from lifting the arm more than maybe 30 degrees.

Ideally you want to attach the wiper to the arm like a 'T' but, since you can't get to. I LOVE Bosche brands!

2005 Hyundai Santa Fe Owners Instruction Manual Transmission Fluid Change

They're definitely reasonably priced and high quality made products. My previous wipers were Bosche and they lasted me 3 years!!!

I couldn't resist to repurchase them again as replacements. HOWEVER, this time when I replaced both of my wipers Bosche (18' & 24' for a 2006 Corolla) on 3/1/17, I'm really disappointed that the 24' wiper blade isn't wiping clear as the 18'. It's leaving a water trail/streak that will not wipe away.

I've only had them on for a little over 2 months! I don't know if I've received a defected one, but now I've exceeded my 30-day return! And it's been raining the the Boston area for the past week and it's starting to really upset me that I wish I could exchange it for a new one.

I've knocked 1 star away from this. I'm split on these. The shorter length is great but the longer length is about as bad as it gets. My car has 3 blades(16 inch, 20 inch, and 24 inch).

Both the 16 and 20 are awesome and will literally squeegee the window clean. I was blown away how much better they wiped than my last pair. The problem is with the 24 inch which is right in front of the driver. Since the blade is bent inward, the outer edges prevent the middle from coming in contact with the glass. This means that the outside is squeegeed clean but you can't see out of the middle.

Awful design and I would not recommend anything longer than the 20 inch blades. Wishing I had gone with a rigid framed wiper.

Both seemed to be nearly on par with each other, though supposedly RainX has the edge (heheh. Edge.) on functionality, doing a better job at squeegeeing off a windshield, but. These are incredible wipers!

After the typical 'crap, I need new wipers on this snowy, salty day' experience, I ordered these immediately. Two days later and after a simple installation, I'm really, really impressed.

Est3

Compared to the OEM-style wipers that I always used, this style wiper applies a lot of force to the windshield, giving me excellent cleaning, even when salty road water is being thrown onto my windshield from the traffic ahead. I'm glad that I can finally shop for quality instead of seeking the lowest price. These wipers aren't life changing, but you'll feel like they are the first time you use them. WORST WIPERS EVER. I've had these for 2 months now. Ever since day 1 they must this terrible squeaking / rubbing noise, even if it was raining hard. Short 4 second video for you to hear the noise.

Granted it was raining terribly hard when I took the video, but it made this noise 100% of the time. I took the video 14 days after buying them, so they had time to be a bit used, I was hoping the sound would be gone by then. Also bought the Bosch iCON 24A Wiper Blade. Posting this review there as well.
